    • Item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and have valid proof of purchase.

    • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Final Sale Items are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items, promotional event sale items, and any product specifically marked as Final Sale.

    • Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Unsealed & Open items are ineligible for refund/exchange.

  • We are happy to offer Canada wide shipping. All orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed for delivery within the following areas are available for same day delivery: West Edmonton, Acheson, Secord & Stoney Plain

    Orders that have been shippied cannot be cancelled.
